Rethinking Our Classroom

I feel as though Discipline: No Quick Fix is one of my main concerns as a future teacher. I do not want to lose my head over a child that is causing difficulty for the progression of the classroom. I like that she has one on one conversation with the child. I may just be afraid of failure or setbacks due to this kind of situation. I've seen a teacher lose her head due to troubled kids and it made her want to cry at the end of school. It almost made me scared of what I was going into for a second when I saw her.
